  • Careadigm was founded in 2011on the principles of integrity and transparency. Our family of benefit and property/casualty insurance companies goes back to 1926 when J.W. Nichols started Knoxville Insurance Corporation (formerly J.W. Nichols & Sons Inc.). Knoxville Insurance Corp. was bought by Jeff and Jennifer Nichols Hinton in 2009. After a successful career in Corporate Healthcare Management as a CFO, Jeff took his experience and perspective to the local health market at a time when the American healthcare system was about to make a platonic shift via landmark legislative changes. A unique combination of fiduciary principles and experience with the healthcare world helped to differentiate our business from the competition. After growing the business through a variety of regulatory changes and market uncertainty, he brought his son, Led Hinton, on board as the fifth generation. Jeff and Led are now preparing to continue this tradition personalized consultation through life’s transitions and their implications to the efficient use of the healthcare system. Our family business has served the community for almost a century and hopes to serve the financial needs of our clients for another 100 years.
